- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience working in GxP systems within regulated industries.
- Certification in the Veeva Vault platform or any one Vault module (RIMS, QDocs, QMS, Promomats, CTMS, eTMF) is required.
- Experience with remote change management processes on GxP systems.
- Proficiency in maintaining and assessing the impact of Veeva Vault platform releases on current systems remotely.
