Weekly Hours: 40 hours


Tasks:


  • Collection, analysis, and classification of disparate and structured data.
  • Scaling solutions for processing a variety of data.
  • Setting development tasks, communicating with both the business team and the technical team.
  • Leadership and management of the data management team, as well as the modernization of the work process depending on changes in business needs.
  • Drawing up an individual development plan for team members, holding 11 meetings.
  • Participation in the recruitment process.
  • Communication with related teams.

Our expectations:


  • Stack: Python, C++, Pybind11, Nomad, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Hashicorp Vault, OpenSearch, Internal and external S3 storages.
  • Experience managing one or more teams.
  • Responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with databases.
  • Python 3.7+ programming experience.
  • Experience working with Linux systems (3+ years).
  • The ability to make a choice of appropriate metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of models.

Additionally:


  • Willingness to discuss relocation to Georgia;
  • The ability to work from anywhere in the world.
