Beschreibung

Die Horbach-Schule ist eine vom Kanton Zug anerkannte Sonderschule. Sie beschult und betreut insgesamt 50 Kinder und Jugendliche in der Primar- und Sekundarstufe I, die individuelle Förderung und einen auf ihre schulischen Bedürfnisse abgestimmten Unterricht benötigen. Das Angebot der Schule umfasst eine Tagesschule mit Tagesstruktur für externe Schülerinnen und Schüler sowie ein Wocheninternat. Die Schulklassen und Internatsgruppen bestehen aus sieben bis acht Kindern und Jugendlichen.

Lehrperson oder einer schulischen Heilpädagogin/einem schulischen Heilpädagogen.

Aufgaben

Es erwartet Sie eine vielfältige und herausfordernde Tätigkeit in einer lebendigen Institution. An unserer überschaubaren Schule liegt der Fokus darauf, Kinder und Jugendliche mit besonders herausforderndem Verhalten, häufig auch mit einer ASS-Diagnose, in einer Kleinklasse (bestehend aus bis 4-6 Schülerinnen und Schülern) zu fördern. Diese Schülerinnen und Schüler können nicht in unseren bestehenden Sonderschulklassen unterrichtet werden, und die Reintegration in die Stammklasse der Sonderschule Horbach steht im Mittelpunkt unserer Bemühungen.

Sie werden Unterricht auf verschiedenen Niveaus und in verschiedenen Stufen (vom Kindergarten bis zum 10. Schuljahr) gestalten.

Qualifikation

Wir suchen eine Person mit anerkanntem Lehrdiplom für die Primar- oder Sekundarstufe, idealerweise mit einer Zusatzausbildung in schulischer Heilpädagogik. Ihre Aufgabe wird auch darin bestehen, das Profil und das Angebot "Unterricht Plus" aktiv mitzugestalten, da dieses noch im Entstehungsprozess ist. Ihre Initiative, Neues auszuprobieren und im laufenden Betrieb zu entwickeln, ist von großer Bedeutung. Ein stabiles Selbst, das sich abgrenzen kann und dabei Distanz wahren kann, sowie Gelassenheit und Ruhe in anspruchsvollen Situationen sind ebenso wichtig wie die Bereitschaft zur Kooperation in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit. Zusätzlich legen wir Wert auf die Begleitung und Unterstützung der Schülerinnen und Schüler gemäss unserer Förderblume sowie eine Ressourcenorientierung, nach dem Leitspruch von Ross Greene: Kinder können ihr Bestes geben, wenn sie dazu in der Lage sind.
