Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and assets to attract potential customers and ecosystem partners for the Building X platform
  • Create a compelling and consistent story that includes value propositions, unique selling points (USPs), and customer voices to raise awareness and generate sales leads
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to identify scalable use cases across various business segments and industries
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop clear and consistent messaging, refine the value proposition, and align with the evolving capabilities of the platform
  • Derive unique selling propositions based on competitive intelligence, positioning our current and future portfolio effectively for internal, crossfunctional, and ecosystem sales
  • Collaborate with global communications teams to increase brand awareness and promote the Building X platform through external events, such as fairs, webinars, and thought leadership activities

Requirements:


  • Extensive marketing experience in software, cloud platforms, IoT, or IT
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably within the digital buildings industry
  • Strong crossfunctional skills to effectively collaborate with regional stakeholders, sales teams, and clients
  • Familiarity with XaaS business models is highly valuable
  • Demonstrated ability for outofthebox and strategic thinking
  • Degree or Master's in Engineering, Digital or Product Marketing, Business Management, or a related field with substantial experience
  • Fluent in English
