- Interne Koordination der Informationen zwischen Kunden und Mitarbeitenden
- Tägliche Prüfung der relevanten Systeme auf anstehende Kundentermine
- Kontrolle des Empfangsbereich inkl. Sicherstellung, dass der Ausstellungsraum immer aufgeräumt und gemäss dem Inszenierungsplan vollständig
ausgestattet ist - Den Besucher des Showroom
zu seinem Interessengebiet führen und jederzeit ansprechbar für ihn bleiben - Die Produkte erklären und den Kunden näher bringen
- Auf die Bedürfnisse und Wünsche des Kunden eingehen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, von Vorteil in der Hotellerie oder als Flight Attendant
- Sicheres, gepflegtes, sympathisches und gewinnendes Auftreten, sowie tadellose Umgangsformen
- Positive Einstellung, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft sind Selbstverständlich
- Kommunikationstalent in Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft auch am Samstag zu arbeiten (Tag wird unter der Woche kompensiert)
- Wissbegierige Persönlichkeit, welche offen und bereit ist ihr Wissen permanent auf dem neusten Stand zu halten
