I completed my Bachelor's degree in 2016 and a master's in computer science at the University of Neuchatel. I have 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer and as a ServiceNow Admin.

I have experience as a ServiceNow developer for 3 years in implementing and managing cost-effective IT Service Management (ITSM). I am certified in ServiceNow system administration (CSA) and have gained the willingness to build a variety of Service Now-based solutions utilizing the ITSM, Catalog skill sets. Good team player, excellent interaction skills to coordinate and work within a team, and the ability to follow industry standards and procedures. I have completed DELF A2 in the French language.

I completed my Batchelor's in 2016 in India. I am doing a Master's in computer science at the University of Neuchatel.
