For our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a Project Coordinator Pharma (M/F/d).

Background

Driving digitisation and improvement of processes and systems to ensure a high level of operational excellence and being responsible for the independent execution of administrative processes for the team.

General Information:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Providing general administrative support by taking care of general administrative tasks and processes, also in absence of the line manager/team members
Aligning with the function head and relevant stakeholders, overseeing functional budget processes, procurementtopayment (P2P), Purchase Orders (POs) & Goods Receipts (GRs)
Providing internal and external event support, congress participations, contract management & support, and supporting project owners in P3 approval process
Informing, advising and supporting the team on processes, guidelines and services as needed
Supporting the smooth onboarding of new associates in their own area of responsibility
Maintaining and continuously updating internal and global databases as needed, while effectively maintaining document management and archiving

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar studies
3+ years of relevant Project Management experience (Pharma / Life Science / Health Insurance industry)
Ability to manage effectively and efficiently multiple, simultaneous, complex tasks and projects across disciplines
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Excellent IT skills (digital & technology savvy)
Able to work with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
Flexible, autonomous and highly organised
