Your tasks- Responsible for the onboarding process
- Coordination and contact for the practical trainers.
- Coordination and contact with the various training companies for the needsbased training and further education of professional work practices
- Ensuring interdisciplinary training standards
- Supporting the functional trainers for successful training
- Professional trainer evaluations in the methodologicaldidactic area
- Representation of the training coordinator with a focus on apprentice training
- Representation of the Head of the Industrial Learning & Development Department
Profile:
- Further training and/or practical experience in adult education
- Experience in working with different stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate new pedagogical approaches.
- Experience in leading teams and conducting meetings.
- Experience with Office 36
- Experience with employee and shift planning
- Strong communication and social skills
- German C1, English B1
