Your tasks- Coordination and contact for apprenticeship training with the training workshops (SWISS and libs).
- Coordination and contact with the various vocational schools for the apprenticeships at SR Technics
- Contact for all apprentices in all apprenticeship years (polymechanics, productionmechanics, commercial apprentices, surface treatment technicians, etc.)
- Ensuring apprenticeship training for all apprenticeship years
- Supporting the apprentice trainers for successful training
- Professional trainer evaluations in the methodologicaldidactic area
- Representation of the training coordinator with a focus on technical training
- Representation of the Head of the Industrial Learning & Development Department
- Summary responsible for the entire life cycle of apprenticeship training
Profile:
- Further training and/or practical experience in adult education or apprenticeship training.
- Experience in leadership minimum 3 years
- Experience in working with different stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate new pedagogical approaches.
- Experience in project management
- Experience with MS Office 36
- Experience with employee and shift planning
- Strong communication and social skills
- Strong sales attitude
- German C1, English B1
