An Expert Surface Processing performs full paint or partially paint works on aircrafts, any components, cabin parts, engine parts, wheels and brakes or 3rf party customer parts in accordance to valid work instructions and in compliance with related regulations considering time, cost and quality at all times.

Your tasks

Work to be performed in accordance to valid working instructions and regulations
Work to be performed in accordance to customer repair orders and in line with defined work scopes
Consider time, cost and quality at all times
Ensure high grade of utilization (productivity)
Ensure strict compliance to standard practices and processes
Ensure compliance to all safety and quality regulations and rules
Active participation in continuous improvement activities
Ensure clean working space considering principles of 5S

Profile:

Apprenticeship as a Car Painter or Building Painter or 2 Year experience in aircraft painting
Autonomous and accurate working abilities
Openminded personality and a team player
Basic IT knowledge
Be able to communicate well in English
German speaking and writing
Readiness for two shift works
