Key Accomplishments

• Co-directed the Project Coordination Office of the Human Brain Project during two Implemented Grant Contracts (total value approximating a half-billion euros for 5 years).
• Completed the draft 3-year Strategic Plan 2025 – 2027 for UNHCR Office of the Ombudsman and Mediator.
• Inaugurated the EBRAINS Programme Office, accomplished the Grant Agreement Setup for Virtual Brain Twin Project (budgeted at 10m euros), and submitted the HBP's closure report to the European Commission by November 2023.
• Oversaw two comprehensive EU project cycles - FP7 Exposomics & H2020 LIFEPATH initiative (duration of 8 years with a budget of €15m).
• Revisited and updated IPPF's Strategic Plan with a focus on enhanced healthcare access throughout its 5 continental regions with 180 affiliate associations.
• Positioned US Peace Corps as a paramount health ally in Guyana's growth strategies, paving the way for the formulation of PC Guyana Programme (Health, Education, HIV/AIDS, literacy, and ICT projects).
