As a certified PMP, MSP and PRINCE2 practitioner, I excel in overseeing all facets of project lifecycles, from initiation to completion, optimising resources, schedules, and budgets. I have a proven track record of success in securing and renegotiating multi-million Euro funding from the European Commission and other prominent agencies, delivering meticulous reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations.

I am skilled in coordinating diverse and international teams, facilitating cross-functional communication and collaboration, and designing and implementing effective management strategies. I have a keen ability to navigate complex grant agreements, contracts, and policies, and to foster meaningful partnerships with institutional, academic, and non-profit organisations across regions and countries.
