    The aim of the position :



    Role

    You will be helping the team to identify threats and vulnerabilities in systems and software, then apply your skills to developing and implementing high-tech solutions to defend against hacking, malware and ransomware, insider threats and all types of cybercrime.

    You will need to be organized, motivated and get things done.

    Want to work in a nearly 100% Cloud-based, vibrant startup environment and take ownership of what you will be working on.


    Job overview :



    Responsibilities (duties included but not limited to the below) :
    Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems
    Protect system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources
    Perform continuous cyber monitoring, analysis and initial response to cyber alerts (SOC)
    Review and improve the Cloud Security Posture and External Attack Surface
    Recommend improvement or tuning of detection / mitigation capabilities
    Develop organization-wide security measures and policies
    Maintain and develop technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, review publications


    Experience/Skills Required :




    Experience/Skills required :
    BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another quantitative field
    Proven work experience as a Cyber Security Specialist or similar role
    3+ years of experience in the Banking industry or other highly-regulated industry
    Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth and common security elements
    Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), antivirus, proxies, firewalls, and intrusion detection concepts
    Hands-on experience analyzing logs, network data, and other attack artifacts in support of incident investigations
    Experience in Cloud environments
    Problem-solving know-how and attitude
    Strong attitude towards teamwork and cross-team collaboration
    Fluent in English


    Nice to have:
    Knowledge of banking processes and applications
    Experience in Endpoint management, particularly with a variety of tools like computers, phones
    Proficiency with Vulnerability scanning solutions
    Proficiency with Antivirus, Firewalls, Encryption, IDS/IPS, Forensics
