VIP Customer Service Representative (100%) -
Start Date: March/ April 2024

Whether for private jets, commercial flights, private or corporate events, or business meals, Bijoux offers a range of tailor-made services for a specific and professional clientele.

We are looking for an
:

VIP Customer Service Representative with 100% work capacity, who will be the point of contact for our inflight VIP and Commercial customers, providing information about products and services, and responding to any services customers may require.

The customer service representative provides excellent written and oral skills.

Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service following inflight catering procedures and protocols;
Following flight schedules and forecasts;
Monitoring and communicating with the Executive Chef and ensuring that specifications are correctly executed according to customer's requirements.
Followingup communication with the Customer and informing the different departments of the catering unit of any changes or updates.
Monitoring customer complaints: investigating issues with operational staff, implementing corrective action procedures, and reporting to Customers.
Packing customer orders according to Bijoux protocols and delivery to private jets.
Preparing and creating marketing materials for customer visits: welcome board, Bijoux activity report booklet, the flag of the Airline, goodies, etc.
Scheduling and following up food tasting with the Key Account Manager and Executive Chef once per month.
Ensuring that invoicing process is accurate and that all relevant information regarding price changes, and invoicing details are up to date and communicated in a timely manner.

Your Profile:

Business background or similar, a degree in Hospitality or related discipline preferred
Flexible and independent individual with the ability and flexibility to adapt to a fastgrowing environment
Excellent communication and customer service excellence oriented
Fluent in English, any additional language is an asset
Cando attitude and strong organizational skills
Driving license is a strong advantage
