- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der weltweiten Verfügbarkeit von Ersatz- und Verschleissteilen
- Dabei entwickeln Sie Strategien zur Verbesserung der Bestandskontrollprozesse und sind verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
- In Ihrer Rolle als Teammanager leiten und betreuen Sie ein Team von sechs Supply-, Demand- und Inventory Planner, die Sie durch geeignete Massnahmen und Coachings weiterentwickeln und fördern
- Zudem Sie sind Teil verschiedener Supply Chain Projekten (Automatisierung, Kostenreduktionen, etc.) und setzen die Supply-Chain-Strategie unseres Unternehmens um
- Sie koordinieren die Einführung der SAP IBP-Funktionalitäten im operativen Team (Bedarfs-, Bestands- und Lieferplanung)
- Sie haben Freude an der engen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (z.B. Einkauf, Logistik) und stellen eine termingerechte und effiziente Lieferung der Bestände sicher
- Sie verfügen über eine höhere Fachausbildung oder Erfahrung mit Weiterbildung im Supply Chain Umfeld oder ähnlich
- Sie besitzen fundierte Supply Chain/MRP Erfahrung sowie Führungserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Umfeld
- Die Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams ist für Sie sehr wichtig und Sie fördern und fordern die Teammitglieder entsprechend ihrer Fähigkeiten
- Sie überzeugen durch Ihre sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und Ihrer ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten
- Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel und SAP (SAP IBP wünschenswert)
- Es gelingt Ihnen, Problem effizient und nachhaltig zu lösen, Prozessoptimierungen voranzutreiben und die Arbeitsbelastung ideal zu planen
- Sie sind eine proaktive, motivierte und belastbare Führungspersönlichkeit und verstehen sich interdisziplinär zu vernetzen
- Sie kennen die ERP-Systemprozesse und die wichtigsten Systemfunktionen im Zusammenhang mit der Materialbedarfsplanung und der Leitdisposition
