- Assurer l'expertise technique de la succursale, en appui des chefs de projets, sur les phases et ouvrages spécifiques et remarquables.
- Développer les compétences de la succursale en termes de construction durable, de concepts structurels innovants, et d'optimisation d'ouvrages.
- Accompagner les maître d'ouvrage, architectes et entrepreneurs dans leurs choix et prises de décision.
- Piloter et coordonner des mandats importants et complexes dans toutes les phases SIA.
- Participer activement au développement commercial de CSD. Votre profil
- Ingénieur/e EPF ou HES ou formation jugée équivalente, dans le domaine des structures (béton, métal, bois), avec une parfaite maitrise des règles de conception et de dimensionnements.
- Intérêt marqué pour la mise en œuvre de solutions novatrices, de matériaux innovants, en particulier dans le cadre du dialogue avec les entreprises, architectes, et maitres d'ouvrages.
- 10 à 15 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la construction en Suisse, dont au minimum 5 ans en tant qu'expert dans le domaine des structures.
- Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets tant en phase d'étude que de réalisation.
- Bonnes connaissances et implication dans le tissu économique romand.
- De langue maternelle française (ou au minimum niveau C1 du cadre européen de référence des langues), idéalement avec des connaissances d'une seconde langue (allemand ou anglais).
