Du trainierst und betreust die
Nationalmannschaft Elite und bereitest
sie auf die Olympischen Spiele 2026 vor.

Deine Aufgaben

Verantwortungsbewusste ganzheitliche und nachhaltige Förderung des Nationalkaders Elite
Wettkampfbetreuung an internationalen Wettkämpfen
Beratung des Bereichsleiters Ski Mountaineering bei inhaltlichen und konzeptuellen Arbeiten
Einsitz im Selektionsgremium Ski Mountaineering
Beratung einzelner Elite -Kadermitglieder
Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der
Saison-, Reise - und Massnahmenplanung bei der Elite nach Budget vorgaben im Trainerteam
Projektbezogene Tätigkeit und Mitarbeit in Projekten
nach Absprache

Da mit überzeugst du uns

Bestehende/r oder angehende/r Diplomtrainer/in
Spitzensport Swiss Olympic oder adä quates
ausländisches Trainerdiplom
Erfahrung im Ski Mountaineering
Erfahrung im Bereich des internationalen Leistungssport s
Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS -Office )
Deutsch- oder französischer Muttersprache mit
ausgezeichneten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache,
sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten
Teamfähig, fle xibel in der Arbeitszeit
Starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und
Umsetzungsfähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
