Tasks

Your Commitment will include

Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the B2B sales process, helping to understand the value of the products and services.
Lead and coordinate projects during the Design Transfer phase, acting as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Utilize your analytical skills to optimize project workflows, taking into account regulatory requirements, quality standards, costeffectiveness, and timely project completion.
Collaborate closely with various technical departments within the company, fostering a sense of teamwork and alignment to meet project goals.
Monitor and track all technical product modifications, and organize their smooth implementation in production lines, minimizing disruptions and ensuring product consistency.

Requirements:

Achieving the difference requires

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or microengineering (HES or ET).
Proven track record of successful project management within an industrial setting, demonstrating your ability to deliver results. Preferably with CAPA.
Familiarity with project management tools and software to streamline project planning and execution
Possess a strong analytical, methodical, and practical approach to solving complex problems.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit to facilitate clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Sensitivity to quality, costeffectiveness, and ecological considerations, with a commitment to driving sustainability in projects.
Proficiency in either French or German with very good knowledge of the other language to facilitate effective communication across language barriers.
