Vos missions

Your Commitment will include

Manage the daytoday operations and contribute to the ongoing development of the ERP system, focusing on the Electrical/HVAC & IT solutions domain.
Collaborate closely with our subsidiaries to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Provide support in the analysis and resolution of issues in 2nd

- and 3rd

Level Support.
Serve as a trusted interface between our business units and external suppliers.
Independently and proactively handle ERP integrations for new subsidiaries with enthusiasm.
Create and maintain internal documents such as operation manuals and guides based on the actual needs of endusers.

Vos compétences

Achieving the difference requires

Successfully completed education in the Electrical field, supplemented by industryspecific qualifications or a background in business administration.
High affinity for IT and/or advantageous knowledge of Abacus.
Proven ability to independently develop and advance topics.
Structured and goaloriented work approach.
Team player with a customer

- and solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in hectic moments.
Committed, proactive and curious, reliable, open, and creative personality with a strong interest in advisory topics
Fluency in French. Any other language such as German are an advantage
