Join a human-sized company that values its talents and cultivates excellence in the context of our Fine Art activities, we are looking for a: Art Works Technician (m/f) - 100% Your mission Integrated in the Fine Art department, you will operate in Switzerland and abroad, sometimes for several days. You will participate in the pickups, deliveries, and handling of works of art, precious objects, and sensitive goods, in demanding environments (high-end residential, galleries, exhibition spaces, institutions). As such, your main responsibilities are: Ensure careful handling of works: customized packaging, protection, unpacking, and visuals according to quality standards. Perform the hanging and arrangement of artworks on site, preparing as needed (packaging, specific protections, hanging systems). Control vehicles and equipment (refrigerated group, alarms) as well as compliance with legal requirements. Anticipate on-site constraints (access, volumes, fragility, scheduling) and propose suitable solutions. Participate in technical client visits for volumes, measuring, access analysis, and collaborate with clients to continuously improve quality. Occasionally take on the role of team leader and coordinate activities on site. Collaborate with other departments when necessary. Profile We are open to profiles from various professional backgrounds: specialized handling, high-end moving, logistics, scenography, exhibition assembly, precision trades (woodworking, assembly, or any profession involving the handling of fragile, bulky objects). If you recognize yourself in the following qualities: A taste for well-done work, a sharp sense of detail, and respect for entrusted tasks. Good manual dexterity and interest in hands-on activities (adjustments on site). Ability to quickly learn specific Fine Art techniques (internal training provided). A sense of service and professional demeanor in front of clients: discretion, clarity, polished. Ability to work in a team, autonomy, and adaptability in the face of unexpected conditions. Mastery of French; knowledge of English is appreciated for a diverse clientele. Availability for travel in Switzerland and abroad, with flexible hours based on operational needs.
