    Technical HVAC Supervisor in CDI Location: Geneva Activity Rate: Start: As soon as possible At ISS, we all call ourselves Placemakers. Your tasks: - Be the main contact for the client's technical requests - Manage planning and distribution of activities according to task urgency - Manage system X and ensure data accuracy - Provide general support to field colleagues (support, various replacements) - Control and manage supplier and customer invoices - Place various orders via our system X for audits (documents for safety means, etc.) - Manage quality, reporting, and maintenance - Write offers and oversee projects - Propose, develop and implement strategies and full supervision of your teams made up of technicians and technical concierges (training, planning, recruitment, ensuring the proper functioning of technical operations (maintenance and preventive) - Organize calls for tenders and job submissions, particularly in building maintenance and upkeep - Ensure optimal management of subcontractors - Verify control and compliance with HSE standards set by ISS or the client, and participate in their continuous improvement - Participate in monitoring and controlling budgets - Optimize your workloads to maximize your performance and oversight in monthly maintenance activities - Substitute for your hierarchical superior and technicians in case of absence Your profile: - CFC of electrician or equivalent qualification and good knowledge in the technical field of building and connection art. 15 OIBT - Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the service sector or customer service with a strong service orientation - Innate sense for management and a strong team spirit - Good stress resistance and proficiency in French - Knowledge of German and English – good command of standard tools (MS Office) - Driver's license At ISS Switzerland, we work to ensure that offices, airports, production sites, train stations, schools, and hospitals function well and are pleasant places to be.
