We are LEDCity, a cleantech startup from Zurich, with the goal of reducing the energy consumption in the lighting sector by 80% worldwide.

To achieve this, we are developing a globally deployable lighting system that uses smart sensors to control lighting according to demand.

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to complement our team.

Tasks

  • You will develop and implement efficient organizational structures and processes to ensure that the company runs smoothly and grows.
  • You will oversee the development and enhancement of IT systems, including ERP and CRM systems, to improve efficiency and integration across the business.
  • You will optimize logistics, warehousing, and supply chain processes to ensure that products are delivered in a timely and costeffective manner.
  • You will execute the entire purchasing process, from determining requirements to selecting suppliers and processing orders.

Side tasks:


  • You look for opportunities to continuously improve our purchasing processes and find ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • You help coordinate various projects across the organization to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Your Must Have's

  • You bring several years of experience in operations management, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
  • You have a proven track record of implementing processes and structures in a rapidly growing company.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Experience with the implementation and management of ERP and CRM systems.
  • You have a proactive, solutionoriented mindset and the ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Business fluency in English, as we operate internationally.
Your Nice to Have's

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A degree in business administration, engineering, or a similar domain.
  • Knowledge of the real estate or lighting industry.
  • Experience in building a sales organization.
