At Evooq, we are building an ecosystem of solutions that combine data, technology and investment expertise.

Finance professionals use our solutions to rapidly identify investment opportunities, make informed decisions and manage the risk and the lifecycle of the investments.

Moreover, Evooq is organized according to a flat structure, through highly autonomous teams and by privileging trust and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Ensure full employee lifecycle management (coordinate the arrival/departure, communications paperwork, work employment, permit management, exit interviews and all other HR administrative duties)
Coordinate information update with insurances, pension fund and other institutions
Employee support administration
Maintain accurate HR database and uptodate employee records
Coordination and orientation for new employees and handling exit clearance
Coordinate and administer recruitment activities

Your Profile

HR generalist experience, with at least 13 year of experience working in an international and fast paced environment
Sound knowledge of Swiss HR and legal aspects is mandatory
Well balanced and positive personality
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Background in Tech, would be awesome Proactive, strong "can do" attitude, able to roll up sleeves and get things done
Ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent writing and verbal skills in English and in French
