As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Service Desk Supervisor to lead and coach a small team of interns.

This is a temporary position, with a renewal opportunity or conversion into a permanent role

What you will do

Supervise a team of interns, including workload management, coaching and proper achievements of the activities within the defined timeline.
Digitalize structured products data for risk analysis purpose
Prform quality checks and ensure clients' satisfaction with our services

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in banking and backoffice operations roles.
Previous experience with structured products is a plus.
Fluent in French and English
