- Defining the technical design of the system
- Refining and estimating Use Cases
- Implementation of domain and cross-cutting services in a team of up to 5 developers
- Close collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, and other Software Engineers
- Participation in defining the technology and tool stack for new solutions
- Mentoring other developers
- Strong and proven development and leadership skills
- Love to interact and communicate with engineers
- Code design affinity. Familiarity with key architecture and design principles
- High code quality and documentation skills
- At least 7 years experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST
- Kubernetes know-how is a plus
- Experience with Angular is a plus
- Passion for learning
- English is required, German or French is a plus
