POSITION OVERVIEWWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Corporate team i our Switzerland office in Baar, Canton Zug.
RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Corporate Human Resources Director, as Corporate Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient running of the Corporate Human Resources offices across our multiple Office locations globally (Switzerland, London, Dubai, Singapore, Bangkok, USA). You will achieve this through professional planning and completion of various HR administration tasks.
In addition to the main responsibility of administration and maintenance of colleague records throughout the employee life cycle, there is a particular focus on maintaining positive employee relations through various engagement activities and providing effective internal communications. You will also be the day-to-day first point of contact for HR queries.
You will contribute to the implementation of our new Global HR Information System and look for ways to optimise and digitalise processes to enhance the HR service to our colleagues and ensure efficiencies.
You will also be part of the team setting up new Corporate Office locations as the Group continues its exciting growth plan.
Your contributions will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring that our colleagues remain a cornerstone of our success.
QUALIFICATIONSWe are seeking an individual who is genuinely enthusiastic about Human Resources administration, with a strong commitment to delivering high quality, accurate work.
You will hold a HR/Personal Certificate or equivalent and will have previous experience in a HR administrative role (ideally in hospitality) and take pride in your strong organisational and time-management skills.
You will understand HR principles and practices and have some knowledge of basic employment laws. You understand the importance of handling information confidentially and with discretion. You will be proficient in MS Office and familiar with, or open to learning a HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
You will be confident acting as the first point of contact for day-today colleague queries and be a positive team player, showing a willingness to go the extra mile for our colleagues.
