Call Centre Agent with leading Financial Institute
The opportunity for a try before you hire contract with a leading Financial institute.
The contract is an initial 4 month contract, with the intention of the role being transferred to a permeant position after the initial 4 months. The location of the contract is Olten or Zurich.
Tasks:
Advice for debit cards (use, blocking, limit management, etc.)
Support for the TWINT mobile payment app
Advice / information on transactions, products and services
Support with the use of payment cards at ATMs as well as e-commerce and wallet payments
Analysis of potential card misuse and support with complaints Requirements:
A completed apprenticeship in commercial or retail trade
Experience in the call centre / customer dialogue / customer service / card business is an advantage >
Requirements:
Business fluent in German, plus - either French and Italian or English
Should understand Swiss German
Digitally savvy Willingness for different working hours and reliability
Direct telephone customer contact Binding communication is an assist
Work location:
Olten preferred but Zürich also possible
