- Provide comprehensive paralegal support directly at client sites, including document management, legal research, and drafting.
- Manage and organize large volumes of documents, ensuring efficient access and compliance with legal standards.
- Support the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Facilitate communication between the client and Axiom Law, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration.
- Assist with compliance, regulatory filings, and other legal procedures as required by the client.
- Diploma or degree in paralegal studies, law, or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Excellent command of legal terminology and a good understanding of corporate law practices.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German, italian or French is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in diverse team settings.
