Do you enjoy working on matters with a legal context?

We are looking for a new colleague for our team Injunctions within Legal preferably in Geneva or alternatively in Zurich.


Your main tasks are:


  • Review and process orders, edition decrees, attachment and other orders from Swiss authorities and courts
  • Contact person for Swiss authorities in connection with any orders
  • Create and maintain case files, including archiving upon matter closure
  • Cooperation and discussion of cases with inhouse lawyers as well as other experts from various functions (e.g. Compliance, Business, etc.)
  • Surveillance of transactions in accounts under investigation
Description du profil

  • Paralegal or similar education or background garnered at a law firm or authority
  • Experience in the financial sector, a law firm or an administrative authority
  • Fluent in German and French; more language skills (e.g. Italian and English) are advantageous
  • Independent and diligent way of working, structured and organized in your daily work and capable of teamwork
  • Motivation and passion while keeping a cool head in hectic situations.
