- Du unterstützt unsere Process Owner dabei, ihre Prozesse zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln
- Du findest Ansätze für die Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereich, Digitalisierung und unserer strategischen IT-Transformation
- Du begleitest und berätst die Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung der Optimierungspotenziale
- Gemeinsam mit den Bereichen Kommunikation und Change Management entwickelst du eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung
- Du bist wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres strategischen Transformations-Programms "Avanti"
- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss und Berufserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche oder Unternehmensberatung
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung und Durchführung von Verbesserungsprojekten bzw. Prozessoptimierung idealerweise in der Finanzindustrie
- Du kennst Methoden zur Optimierung von Prozessen wie Lean Six Sigma, Agile etc. und kannst diese gekonnt einsetzen
- Du bist es gewohnt, mit Stakeholdern auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchiestufen zu agieren und hast Erfahrung in Lenkungssausschüssen mit dem Top Management / Executive Committee zu präsentieren
- Du bezeichnest dich als kommunikative, umsetzungsstarke und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du besitzt fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch von Vorteil
