    ResponsibilitiesManage a mid-sized IT project for the regulatory reporting consolidation in the banking sector based on Axiom ReportingCover Finma, SNB and internal requirements e.g.

    on capital or liquidity reportingEnsure proper data sourcing and proper integration of changes in the data
    modelResponsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costsCoordination and planning with IT and business teams as well as external vendorEnsure quality assurance process of work packages and document deliverablesEnsure project compliance to governance and standardsResponsible for successful rollout and handover of solution to the operations organizations
    RequirementsSeveral years of experience in IT project managementExperience in managing projects with budgets over 1mCHF in classic methodologyExperience in managing regulatory reporting projects in the financial industryWilling and able to take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)Experience in managing external solution providersAble to communicate with business and technical stakeholdersProject management certificationFluent in EnglishNice to haveProject management certificationsExperience with Axiom Reporting solutionGerman language skillsPersonalityStrong communication and presentation skillsGood empathy and relationship management skillsNegotiation skills with different stakeholder groupsFast learner
