Facilitate lessons learned sessions, helping teams to further maturing a culture of continuous improvement. Review of RACI model per value stream & mapping of current processes. Communicate on progress of finance transformation, new automations & lessons learned. Committee member of Global Controllership Mentoring program and active mentor for young potentials.
