For our System Enablement team in SFP Capability Development department in Lausanne we are therefore looking for a System Enablement Lead.

The overall purpose of this position will be to accelerate the effective deployment of digital consumer engagement/trade systems through learning content and the effective navigation of SFP knowledge/training ecosystem


You will:

  • Oversea endtoend coordination of the frontline channels training content development for global B2B and B2C commercial systems. Guide Global Trainers in developing audiencecentric learning modules and ensure timesensitive global content is developed and deployed according to plans
  • Capture critical information/ knowledge shared by the market during engagement sessions and cascade them to the respective Global Trainers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on the design and development of systems training materials
  • Support community management and governance for SFP CD Systems Enablement to ensure knowledge dissemination, best practice sharing across markets for the accredited superusers

We're looking for someone with:

  • University Degree / Master Degree in Business Management, HR, Organizational Development, Education Management, Technology Innovation, Computer Science
  • 35 years of Capability building / Learning & Development and / or managerial experience across Digital Consumer, Product Development, Science.
  • Broad experience/knowledge of the development of capability strategies and plans, learning curriculum design, skills program design, development and deployment across multimarket, and audiences
  • Some experience in commercial systems deployment multimarket, functions and audiences
  • Program communications and engagement experience across functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work with crossfunctional teams to deliver projects.
  • Good analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities paired with strong implementation skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
