Your 'day to day'


As a Supervisor Technical Support you will manage, lead and organize all activities related to the performance & improvement of appropriate assets and system to achieve the required output to support factory operational requirements.

Take active participation, when required, in departmental, cross-departmental, reginal and PMI projects in order to ensure the effective implementation and adequate coverage of business processes and needs.


More specifically, you will:

  • Monitor the compliance of production processes with the control and reporting procedures, providing the required information to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure that local usage and risk profiles of spare parts are regularly analyzed, reviewed and provided to SC, in order to initiate improvements with the objective to optimize spare part usage costs and asset reliability.
  • Analyze data from the end product accounting system and other electronic information collection and storage systems used in production units.
  • Drive initiative for the development and improvement of technological / business processes in relevant area in line with the established maintenance strategy in order to identify opportunities to improve performance and support achievement of short/long term objectives.
  • Initiate and ensure the cross departmental and cross BU's standardization of control systems software and hardware relating to the technological line and the production machines.
  • Manage, staff and develop a motivated and skilled team to ensure performance levels, professional development and achievement of objectives.
  • Work closely with the management in the preparation approval of department budget based on brand portfolio, volume forecast and manufacturing center objectives to ensure optimal allocation of resources, adequate funding and compliance with financial practices.

Who we're looking for:

  • University degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar position within production/maintenance.
  • Industry 4.0
  • Previous experience in Planning and/or Scheduling.
  • Effective communicator, problem solver, used to work with multiple partners.
  • Seasoned experience in leading teams.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
