Application Manager in Lausanne.

As an

Application Manager you'll lead the technical integration of our software/ products in our client's environment. Working closely with the client's technical teams and project managers, you will drive the integration of our product onto our client's infrastructure (cloud and on premise) and the technical support for Software and System upgrades.


What you will do as an Application Manager:

  • Support the client in the implementation of the necessary infrastructure
  • Participate in the technical discussions with the client on infrastructure changes and upgrades
  • Interpret error logs and identify corrective actions to be taken / or support the client in this task.
  • If necessary, liaise with the Evooq product development teams
  • Maintain documentation related to the client's technical environment.

What you will need as an Application Manager:

  • Good knowledge of system design, development, implementation and user support principles and practices.
  • Good knowledge of SQL databases.
  • DevOps experience is a strong plus, especially on Kubernetes, Openshift.
  • Understanding of Docker ecosystem concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of network communications (HTTP, SSL, familiar with curl / wget, etc).
  • Basic knowledge of the Linux environment (scripting, env variables, etc.).
  • Experience in banking software (Temenos, Avaloq, Finnova, S2i, etc.) and knowledge of financial products and wealth management are advantageous.
  • L3 support experience would be very valuable.
  • Decent experience with information system troubleshooting.
  • Highly motivated and selfsufficient.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Great analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Fluent in English.
