We aim to operate all the wealth management activities on the same platform, whatever the business line (advisory, discretionary, for banks and IAMs, and later on Institutional Management, multi-family offices, etc.).


The
Portfolio Simulation module provides tools for advisors to analyze their client portfolios and simulate changes to them, with real-time impact.

The emphasis is on providing a comprehensive suite of metrics that not only aids advisors in making informed investment decisions but also facilitates the communication of these decisions to the end client.


This module is the centerpiece of our ecosystem, from here we have access to everything it has to offer, for instance, we can easily integrate a newly quoted structured product from our multi-issuer platform, we can utilize our portfolio optimizer seamlessly, and integrate content and campaigns from our actionable ideas platform.


On another front, the
Investment Proposal module brings structure and compliance to the proposed changes and allows the advisor to enrich their recommendations to the client (trade rationales, documents, order execution parameters, etc.).


The changes simulated on the portfolio are then transformed into Investment Proposals, serving as the means of communication between an advisor and their client.

These proposals provide details on the overall impact of the new investments on the portfolio, compliance checks, and the goals and rationales behind the changes.


As part of the context, we also delve into the workflow that proposals undergo in their lifecycle, including their status, sharing with the end client, and document generation.

It's important to note that this workflow is highly customized for each bank.

The position is located in Lausanne, CH.


What you will do

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Product Owners, Product Managers, CPO, tech leads and clients) to gather business needs, build product vision and manage the priorities
  • Gather change requests in collaboration with the Product managers and the business
  • Lead the writing of user stories, manage and prioritize the backlog, and ensure the lifecycle and delivery of the product team
  • Report the product updates and plans
  • Act as a validator of newly implemented features and participate in the writing of test cases used for automation
  • Provide 3rd level client support for the product
  • Bring support to Sales, Client Account Management, and Marketing when needed
  • Ensure we have enough technical documentation for the product and help with building it
  • Provide training on the product if needed

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role in the same domain
  • Good knowledge of wealth management, banking, and a good understanding of technology.
  • Eager to work in an inspiring and fastpaced environment and for a young company with high ambitions
  • Entrepreneurial and selfgrowing mindset
  • A leader who can accompany and motivate the team to accomplish the product vision
  • Strong communication skills for both clientfacing and tech teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Proficiency in French is highly valued.
