What you'll do
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for ensuring patients access to our products in individual cases. You'll be making a difference to patient's lives every day.

Main tasks

Develop compelling value messages in collaboration with local interdisciplinary teams to engage with health insurance companies.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize and streamline processes. This includes exploring digital tools, establishing framework agreements, and improving internal processes.
Provide valuable input on the development of the regulatory framework to ensure its efficiency.
Engage with insurance companies to establish diseaserelated partnerships and contribute to discussions on political topics related to healthcare.
Document, analyze, and report on reimbursement requests, while efficiently managing invoices based on various pricing models.

Profile
We need a proactive, analytic, and empathetic individual who excels in communication and partnership. The ability to prioritize tasks and maintain diligence is essential.

1+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry on any position and curiosity about the market access and reimbursement topics
University degree in pharmacy, medicine, natural sciences or economics
Strong project management skills to successfully navigate complex reimbursement initiatives
Proficiency in understanding clinical studies and translating them into impactful value messages
Experience in evidencebased medicine and health technology assessment, enabling informed decisionmaking
Proficiency in German and English a must
Knowledge of French is encouraged
