To strengthen its team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a qualified individual with expertise in project management to take on the role of Project Manager for roofing solutions. You will receive in-depth training at headquarters and with your colleagues in German-speaking Switzerland to ensure success. You will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with products as well as project management tools. For future projects, you will be supported by the technical office team, responsible for calculations and plans. An essential connection will also be established with the Sales Manager in French-speaking Switzerland, who develops and acquires the projects that you will take on as a project manager. You will face a stimulating challenge within a company that is actively committed to the well-being of its clients, working directly with craftsmen, architects, and project owners in the region where you operate in Switzerland and overseeing projects after receiving project documents, managing project documents, processing orders and offers, and coordinating with subcontractors for the execution of the projects and providing assistance to implementing companies on-site. Guarantee of processes and control of construction sites in accordance with guidelines in close cooperation with the project and the sales department colleagues. Your technical background in the field of metal construction, carpentry, or roofing. Experience in project management, enthusiasm for the profession. Skills in Office programs and proficiency in internal systems. Entrepreneurial and autonomous personality. Excellent communication skills in French and spoken proficiency in German.
