Primarily active in the hospitality field, the company is now open to all sectors of activity. Join our team of over 300 and become our new: Manager - AVS-AI-IJ Domain. What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating: - You develop educational tools and formalize learning procedures.- You plan and lead learning sequences.- You assess and validate the learning progress of your colleagues.- You analyze and process requests for daily AI allowances, account extracts, and splitting.- Finally, you inform insured individuals by phone or by appointment about AVS and AI matters.What you bring to HOTELA: - You hold a CFC or equivalent commercial qualification, completed by adult training level 1 (or you are planning to undertake this) and have experience as a specialist.- You possess good knowledge of the AVS/AI field, particularly regarding AI daily allowances, account extracts, and splitting, ideally complemented by a generalist insurance qualification.- You are fluent in French or at an equivalent level. Proficiency in German is considered an asset - ideally B2/C1 as you will have cases to handle in this language.- You are a responsible, organized person who can show flexibility and dynamism.- You have a good mastery of tools and are recognized for your remarkable sense of communication, and you know how to share your knowledge.What we offer: A varied activity, a possibility for continuous education allowing you to evolve in your area of activity, as well as working conditions (flexible hours, proximity to the CFF train station, and various social benefits).
