Koordination des Probenflusses, zusammen mit unserem Laborteam

Koordination der termingerechten Probenlogistik, mit unseren Kunden und Kurieren

Koordination und Mitarbeit bei der täglichen Probenerfassung in unser LIMS-System

Mitarbeit bei analytischen Kundenprojekten (Koordination mit Kunden und internen Stellen, GMP-konforme Dokumentation relevanter Kundenkommunikation, Logistik, Termin-Management, Rechnungen)

Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systeme (Stammdatenpflege in CRM und LIMS Systemen, Schnittstellenpflege, fortlaufende Systemoptimierungen)

Administrative Unterstützung des Teams am Standort

Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Standorts

Qualifikationen

Sie sind teamfähig, verantwortungsbewusst und verlässlich

Speditive Arbeitsweise

Hohe Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit, auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen

Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich (z.B. KV-Lehre), oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

Sehr gutes Verständnis für IT und Office-Anwendungen, idealerweise Erfahrung mit LIMS Systemen

Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Idealerweise relevante Berufserfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (ISO 17025, GLP, idealerweise GMP)
