JOB PURPOSE

  • As a member of our dynamic and global team reporting to the Group Intellectual Property Director, you will focus on protecting the value and reputation of Group's brands.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage IP Enforcement and Litigation
  • Coordinate external partners' activities to enforce Prada Group's IP online and offline
  • Constantly and extensively monitor major ecommerce platforms, social networks, search engines, websites and domain names, identify listings and contents which infringe Prada Group's IP rights
  • Review online enforcement targets for action and proposes to the Intellectual Property Director corrective and enforcement strategies and then implement the agreed actions
  • Analyze online enforcement targets, crossreferenced against ongoing investigations, to help connecting online and off line sellers, strengthening the overall impact of the Intellectual Property Team's efforts
  • Create and update Customs training materials; intelligence reports and presentations for sharing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee global customs recordal and renewals programs
  • Update internal process documents and assist in the planning and execution of anticounterfeiting awareness programs
  • Build and manage relationships with IP enforcement functions of online platform operators
  • Propose and manage the anticounterfeiting budget worldwide

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Education Minimum Requirement: BS or BA degree 2+ years' work experience in intellectual property and brand protection, with proven expertise in online matters
  • Proficiency with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel + PowerPoint) and proficient at web searches/research
  • Ability to analyze and organize data, strong attention to details and strong analytical skills
  • Organizational and time management skills in order to handle a high volume caseload
  • Ability to function in a fastpaced environment
