JOB PURPOSE

As a member of our dynamic and global team reporting to the Group Intellectual Property Director, you will focus on protecting the value and reputation of Group's brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage IP Enforcement and Litigation
Coordinate external partners' activities to enforce Prada Group's IP online and offline
Constantly and extensively monitor major ecommerce platforms, social networks, search engines, websites and domain names, identify listings and contents which infringe Prada Group's IP rights
Review online enforcement targets for action and proposes to the Intellectual Property Director corrective and enforcement strategies and then implement the agreed actions
Analyze online enforcement targets, crossreferenced against ongoing investigations, to help connecting online and off line sellers, strengthening the overall impact of the Intellectual Property Team's efforts
Create and update Customs training materials; intelligence reports and presentations for sharing with internal and external stakeholders
Oversee global customs recordal and renewals programs
Update internal process documents and assist in the planning and execution of anticounterfeiting awareness programs
Build and manage relationships with IP enforcement functions of online platform operators
Propose and manage the anticounterfeiting budget worldwide

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Education Minimum Requirement: BS or BA degree 2+ years' work experience in intellectual property and brand protection, with proven expertise in online matters
Proficiency with using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel + PowerPoint) and proficient at web searches/research
Ability to analyze and organize data, strong attention to details and strong analytical skills
Organizational and time management skills in order to handle a high volume caseload
Ability to function in a fastpaced environment
