JOB PURPOSE

As a dedicated Brand Ambassador and a member of a diverse team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, embodying the Brand's identity and values.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome clients warmly, engaging with them to provide a professional, efficient, and friendly service;
Manage customer flow in the store, ensuring a smooth experience, particularly during busy periods, engaging them in conversations of interest;
Conduct store tours, showcasing a deep understanding of its history and design;
Assist in overseeing store entrances to maintain proper coverage;
Greet each customer personally, remember their names, and address them accordingly;
Aid Client Advisors during sales interactions;
Address basic queries and escalate complaints when necessary;
Assist in organizing in-store events, fulfilling unique customer requests, and creating special moments for guests in collaboration with the Store Manager and colleagues;
Cater to special requests from customers with specific needs and ensure their satisfaction;
Demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills;
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM systems;
Contribute to ensuring high security standards and prevent product thefts.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Passion for fostering relationships and creating exceptional guest experiences;
Strong problem-solving skills, a curious mindset, and an interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design;
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
Familiarity with the local area and entertainment options for providing recommendations to guests;
Previous experience in high-end spa, hotel, or residential settings is a plus;
Proficiency in spoken French and English. Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.
