Afin de renforcer notre équipe basée à Neuchâtel, nous recherchons un/une
Continuous Improvement & Digital Transformation Project Manager
Rattaché(e) au responsable Continuous Improvement & Transformation, votre mission consiste à mener des projets stratégiques afin d'optimiser les processus internes de l'entreprise, favoriser la collaboration transversale, introduire des solutions digitales et/ou système, tout en participant activement à la gestion du changement.
Basé(e) à Neuchâtel, au sein de notre division horlogère, vous intervenez également dans nos Manufactures de Saignelégier et du Sentier et pouvez être amené(e) à collaborer avec nos équipes hors-Suisse.
Responsabilités
Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous réalisez les analyses nécessaires au cadrage initial du projet. En collaboration directe avec plusieurs départements, vous animez des groupes de travail afin d'identifier et de mettre en place un plan d'action visant à l'amélioration des processus et en assurez le déploiement. Enfin, vous accompagnez la conduite du changement et vous participez à la formation des collaborateurs aux nouvelles méthodes de travail et aux nouveaux outils.
En tout temps, vous apportez une vision business 360° afin de choisir les optimisations et les technologies les plus adéquates à la stratégie définie. Vous agissez comme un véritable facilitateur pour notre activité horlogère et travaillez conjointement avec divers départements sur des projets cross-fonctionnels.
Garant de la cohérence des méthodologies et acteur clé de la transformation digitale, vous mettez en place une approche agile de gestion de projet. Vous serez également amené à utiliser SAP (ainsi que d'autres systèmes coexistant tel que notre MES) et à travailler avec de la data (reporting, requêtes SQL, etc.), tout en apportant des idées novatrices au travers de projets 4.0 (Lean 4.0, AI, etc.).
Profil
Fort de plusieurs années d'expérience en tant que chef de projet, vous avez mené divers projets transversaux visant à optimiser ou à transformer des processus, à implémenter des systèmes et/ou à conduire des initiatives de transformation digitale et êtes attiré(e) par le secteur horloger.
Vous maîtrisez les méthodes et outils accompagnant les démarches d'amélioration continue ainsi que les fondamentaux du Lean Manufacturing. De plus, vous manifestez un intérêt pour les sujets d'industrie 4.0 et de Business Intelligence.
Vous avez une appétence pour la data et maîtrisez l'exploitation de données via des requêtes SQL et/ou la production d'outils de reporting (PowerBI ou équivalent). Vous faites le lien entre les équipes Business (expertise métier) et techniques (web développeurs internes, les équipes data science internes ou du groupe LVMH sur des sujets AI, etc.). Une expérience en tant que Product Owner (méthodologie Agile, SCRUM) ou Business Process Owner sur des sujets impliquant un développement d'application web, de solutions AI ou liées à SAP, constitue un atout significatif.
Acteur du changement, vos capacités de communication vous permettent de fédérer les équipes au quotidien, en suscitant l'adhésion à la nouveauté. Sensible aux besoins et contraintes des autres départements, vos compétences relationnelles vous permettent de créer des liens et des synergies. Pragmatique, analytique et synthétique, vous savez prendre du recul afin de bénéficier d'une vision d'ensemble des différents processus et ainsi proposer des optimisations de l'organisation existante. Enfin, vous êtes disposé à vous rendre sur nos différents sites de production.
Parlant français et à l'aise en anglais, des connaissances en italien étant un plus.
