MISSION
To firmly establish PIAGET as the leader of Jewellery & Watchmaking in the luxury industry in Switzerland to support sales growth.
The main mission is to manage and coordinate the creation and implementation of the activations plans in order to ensure brand & image coherence.
OBJECTIVES
- Increase brand awareness and desirability towards new potential clients
- Coordinate all the marketing activations to ensure a successful 150Y celebration in June
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Plan, budget and implement 360° Marketing activities for retail and wholesale
- Media
- Events in BTQ or at POS with partners
- Digital (social media ads, website landing pages, etc.)
- CRM tools (newsletter, invites, etc.)
- E-Com plan
- Partnerships plan to recruit new clients
Annual Meetings with wholesalers
- Preparation & presentation of Marketing plans
- Negotiations of annual Marketing & PR plans with partners
- Direct contact to all partner's Marketing Manager
Review & implementation of PR plan
- Work in close collaboration with the Swiss PR agency
- PR & events execution
- Consignment bookings for shootings
Support retail for local partnerships
- Identify and update annually new partners
- Ensure the brand image compatibility
Elaboration of the VM plan in Retail & Wholesale
- Animation & permanent VM material: monitoring & implementation
- Stock management
- Lightbox updates
- Organization & briefing of external decorators
Budget (full responsibility & decision making in accordance with MarCom Director)
- Budget management
- Contact to Accounting & Controlling departments
Other
- Internal & external communication tools management
- Trade marketing tools (gifts, edition) forecast & inventory monitoring
You will convince us with the following qualifications:
- Organized, detail-oriented, dynamic, team player and reliable
- Resultsoriented and familiar with digital tools
- Independent, solutionoriented and agile working style
- Willingness to travel in Switzerland
- 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing and/or communications
- Genuine interest & experience in the watch, jewelry or luxury industry
- Good market knowledge
- 1st experience of management
- English and French business fluent, German proficiency will make a difference
