Then you must be the right talent to join our team as Omnichannel Client Campaign Project Manager
You will be also responsible for performance monitoring and making recommendations to optimize the existing customer journeys and build new ones.
You will be the Maison SPOC for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
You will make an impact by:
- Defining and managing the roadmap of client marketing activities based on HQ and markets' calendars & business priorities.
- Driving the Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities roadmap for the Maison (new channels, new features )
- Monitoring the projects (budget, planning, deliverables ) at every stage of the development process.
- Driving campaign execution from requirements, brief, design, testing to delivery.
- Coordinating tasks between the agencies, the markets and HQ.
- Managing the Campaign Factory.
- Reporting and monitoring campaigns performance for continuous improvement.
- Defining KPIs and managing budget to develop a profitable client marketing activity.
The exceptional skills we are looking for:
- You possess a Bachelor or Master Degree
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Client, CRM, campaign management
- You possess a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise (certification)
- You are business and client oriented with strong interpersonal/communication skills
- You have strong project management and planning skills
- You have a cando attitude
- You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
