    Job description

    Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de projets en Gestion Supply Chain pour participer rejoindre nos équipes.

    Vos responsabilités :

    • Mise en place d'outils de planification (80% de l'activité).
    • Implémentation de méthodes de gestion, telles que les temps de passage, le VSM (Visual Streaming Management), et la cartographie des flux (20% de l'activité).
    • Animation de réunions transversales et d'équipes.
    • Participation aux tests en collaboration avec les Key-Users.
    • Élaboration, amélioration et dispensation de formations aux utilisateurs finaux sur les processus définis.
    • Proposition de solutions techniques pour améliorer les fonctionnalités des outils.
    • Accompagnement du changement auprès des utilisateurs suite au déploiement des outils.
    • Création de tableaux de bord et suivi des indicateurs de performance.
    • Rapportage et présentation lors de réunions COPIL (Comité de Pilotage) / CODIR (Comité de Direction).

    Votre profil :

    • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur HES, EPF ou équivalent orienté Supply Chain
    • Vous disposez d'une forte expertise en Supply Chain et en gestion de projets.
    • Vous avez de l'expérience en tant que lead d'équipes transverses.
    • Vous disposez d'excellentes connaissances sur le logiciel de planification Kinaxis Rapid response ).
    • Vous vous démarquez par votre aisance relationnelle, votre sens de l'écoute ainsi que votre capacité de synthèse.
    • De nature dynamique, vous êtes très adaptable et avez l'esprit d'équipe.
