- Datenmigration und -bereinigung
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Datenmigration in ASPIRE P2RFA Warehouse
- Fungiert als Anlaufstelle für alle Business-Teams (z.B. global/wave/lokal)
- Verantwortlich für alle betriebsbezogenen Datenmigrations-Aktivitäten und -Ergebnisse
- Einhaltung der ASPIRE Arbeits- und Vorgehensweise
- Folgt der ASPIRE-Datenmigrationsstrategie und unterstützt die Migrationsteams Hinblick auf die Schulung der Methodik, z. B. bei Datenbereinigung und anderen Aktivitäten
- Verantwortlich für die Gesamtplanung der betrieblichen Datenmigrationsaktivitäten im Bereich P2RFA Warehouse, das Management von Risiken und Problemen, die Kommunikation und die Eskalation an den E2E Lead P2RFA
- Überwachung und Verfolgung von Ergebnissen, Verantwortlichkeit für die Qualität der Daten sowie für die Vorbereitung der Geschäftsbereiche auf die Umstellung
- Verfolgung und Überwachung der kontinuierlichen Datenbereinigungsaktivitäten zusammen mit den Geschäftsbereichen mit entsprechender Berichterstattung
- Abstimmung der lokalen Datenbereinigung und der lokalen Einsatzbereitschaft, um sicherzustellen, dass die Vorbereitung abgeschlossen ist
- Anleitung der beteiligten Teammitglieder vor/während/nach den Bereinigungsaktivitäten
- Definiert und verantwortet den Bedarf an Ressourcen und Kompetenzen
- Abstimmung mit ASPIRE PQM hinsichtlich der Einhaltung von Datenmigrationsthemen
2. Key Stakeholder - Berichtet direkt an MFC & BPE Warehouse und Logistics, dotted line Data Lead P2RFA
- Unterstützt die lokalen ASPIRE Teams in allen Aspekten der Datenmigration
- Unterstützt den Cutover Lead, um sicherzustellen, dass die Datenmigrationsaktivitäten aufeinander abgestimmt sind
- Berichterstattung und Mitarbeit im Data Council, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Rahmenaktivitäten aufeinander abgestimmt sind und die Migrationen in der gesamten Implementierung koordiniert werden
Dein profil: - Bachelor-Abschluss und/oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Mehr als 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im GxP Umfeld der Pharmabranche, z.B. als Test
- Lead, Validation Lead, System Owner und/oder Migration Lead
- Expertenwissen im Master Data Lifecycle Management, z.B. System Owner
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung und Erfolge bei der Leitung von Workstreams in komplexen
- Projekten, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, anspruchsvolle Zeitpläne einzuhalten und in einem
- komplexen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in globalen/virtuellen Teams
- Gute Kenntnisse von SAP MDG, S/4 HANA. Solution Manager sind ein Plus
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, ergebnisorientierter Teamplayer und die Fähigkeit,
- Prioritäten zu setzen und Arbeit effektiv zu organisieren
- Fähigkeit, ein solides Netzwerk aufzubauen und effektiv über Organisationsgrenzen
- hinweg zu arbeiten
- Tiefe Kenntnisse und weitreichende Erfahrungen im Bereich GxP und CSV
- Deutsch und fließende Englischkenntnisse auf C-Niveau (schriftlich und mündlich) sind ein Muss

- Ausgeprägte schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
