On behalf our client in Industry, we are currently looking for a HR Operations Specialist 80-100%. This is a permanent position based in Canton Lucerne. You will join a team of 3 HR Specialists. The position is available as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing diverse HR administrative matters such as employment contracts, personnel changes, employment references and obtaining permits
Understanding, designing and optimizing of HR processes and support their digitalization.
Handling the administrative matters for temporary employees and are in contact with the personnel service providers.
At ease with statistics updates plus supporting internal users in various programs

Your profile:

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
A least 4 years of professional experience in an administrative interface function in human resources in a medium-sized company.
Strong understanding of processes and quickly recognize connections.
Enjoy using your in-depth knowledge of data evaluation and aggregation for statistics.
Basic commercial training with further training to become an HR specialist
