Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry.

You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank.

The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on
- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. You benefit from the opportunity to seamlessly transfer to an exciting junior position after your Career Start Program.

Start date:

Duration: 12-18 months

Academic requirements:
Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences. Ideally in business administration, banking & finance or equivalent

Your field of responsibility

Join us as a Career Starter within the HNWI Client Management team Russia in our Wealth Management division located in Zurich.

You will closely collaborate with and provide support to Senior Client and Relationship Managers who service sophisticated HNWI client relationships focusing on markets such as Russia and Ukraine.

Whilst being in contact with our client base you will deliver tailor made and outstanding service from Credit Suisse's entire product range.

You contribute to intricate account openings (e.g., trusts, foundations, funds).

You will execute all processes relating to a private banking account's life cycle handling securities and foreign exchange transactions with an exposure to derivatives, liquidity management, credit issues and all administrative tasks along the client life cycle.

Fluent in English; solid working knowledge of Russian and/or German
