Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Team Assistant to join one of their clients, a multinational company, based in Lausanne.
- *
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Procurement tasks, invoicing, purchase orders, budgeting controls
- Supporting the team in coordinating research logistics
- Policy explanation to vendors
- Standardising data into infographics
To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have the following skills:
- Excellent command of MS Office
- Highly proficient in Excel writing formulas and consolidating data, ideally knowledge of Power BI
- Able to work with various systems;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to organize well;
- Service and customeroriented thinking/acting
- English and French, both written and spoken
